GREAT THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING TO SRH UNIVERSITY



To apply for a bachelor's or master's degree course at the SRH University Heidelberg, you will need to follow the steps set out below (multiple applications possible).

You can use our online application form to apply for the English-language degree courses listed below:
  • Electrical Engineering - Bachelor of Engineering
  • International Business - Bachelor of Arts
  • Applied Computer Science - Master of Sciences
  • Information Technology - Master of Engineering
  • International Business and Engineering - Master of Engineering
  • Music Therapy - Master of Science
Please note that all other courses are held in German language exclusively and thus require German language proficiency.

Step 1: Admission requirements* must be met.

Step 2:
Create user account

Step 3:
Complete online application form and upload documents.
For this step you must submit:
  • General higher education entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
  • Curriculum vitae with photo
  • Bachelor certificate (for master courses)
in pdf format.

In addition to the above, the following documents are required for certain courses:
  • Motivation letter
  • Certificate of a completed internship
  • Certificate of language competence (IELTS, TOEFL, Test DaF, etc.)
  • Work samples from previous projects (for the Virtual Realities and Crossmedia Design courses).

You can save your application at any stage of completion and go back to it at a later time.

Once you have submitted your online application you will receive an email to confirm receipt.

Step 4: Your application will be checked and forwarded to the relevant faculty from which you will receive an invitation to an applicant assessment day.

Step 5:
After this the faculty will decide whether to accept your application. You will receive confirmation of acceptance and a study contract.

Please note: you do NOT have to send us the application documents via post after you have completed the online application.
